SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UNLIMITED FURNITURE DELIVERY
At RH, we are committed to providing excellent service and a unique and memorable delivery experience. We offer Unlimited Furniture Delivery on applicable products for each order shipping to one address within the United Kingdom. Our white glove delivery professionals will oversee your delivery to ensure a seamless experience. You will be charged a flat rate of £149. We will not charge your method of payment until your order has shipped, with the exception of deposits for special orders. For items not eligible for Unlimited Furniture Delivery, those items will be shipped via DHL Express, see STANDARD DELIVERY section below for information.
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
To ensure a successful delivery, please consult our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines and confirm that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Please contact us for additional assistance in measuring your space.
SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
You will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. We ask that you take receipt within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify RH of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, or parking restrictions, gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations. Please note, failure to provide relevant property access information or complete agreed-upon preparatory work may incur additional fees if redelivery or rescheduling is required.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
Most furniture items and select non-furniture items that qualify for Unlimited Furniture Delivery include delivery inside your home, where our white glove delivery professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble and place it in your room of choice. Please note that we are unable to unpack or assemble lighting, and certain other restrictions may apply. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Items Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation. Our delivery service for lighting, heavy mirrors & wall décor, bath vanities, and bath hardware includes bringing the package into the home but does not include unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation are required for these items. Please refer to the product details for more information.
Our white glove delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment. Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.
An authorised adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
DELIVERY SURCHARGES
Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items require additional delivery support, thus incurring a surcharge. This additional charge is listed with the product price on the applicable product page and in the cart.

Items not shipping via Unlimited Furniture Delivery, including certain smaller furniture items, will generally be shipped via DHL Express and charged a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise value (see table below). Items that ship Standard Delivery arrive in 4-10 business days.

Furniture, other oversized items, and items that ship directly from our vendors cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
TEXTILES
Textiles, as indicated online or in our Source Books, will ship free of charge, with the exception of rugs and fabric by the yard. Includes orders shipping to Northern Ireland.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT FORWARDING
We ship only to U.S., Canada and U.K. addresses. We do not ship to the U.K. Crown Dependencies Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man. However, international clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the U.S., Canada, or the U.K.
PRICING & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our U.K. source books and U.K. online website are in British pound sterling (£) and are subject to any applicable taxes according to country and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the item, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
If our supply of your item is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and let you know what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay. However, if the delay is likely to be substantial, you may Contact Us to end the contract and receive a refund for any items you have paid for in advance but not received.
