Online Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between RH and a consumer Customer, we will endeavor to find an amicable solution together.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, and in accordance with Articles L.611 to L.616 and R.612 to R.616 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the option of referring the matter free of charge to the consumer mediation body to which we belong, namely the “Association des Médiateurs Européens” (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint being sent to us.
The consumer ombudsman must be contacted:
Either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com;
Or by post to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain – 75007 Paris.
Mediation does not apply to disputes between professionals.
If an attempt at amicable resolution fails, the Customer may refer the matter to the court of their place of residence.
Applicable Law
These General Provisions are governed by applicable laws relevant to the market of sale.
