Admired for decades by the design community, we acquired Formations to bring the finest quality and craftsmanship to the world. Verano, a timeless classic, is a study in artisanal metalwork. Inspired by refined Italian outdoor design, the geometric frame is hand-forged from hammered stainless steel with a matte finish that recalls historic ironwork. Openwork detailing – from the symmetrical grid on the seat back to graceful X-brace stretchers – pairs with button-tufted, quick-dry cushions offered in a range of performance fabrics.
