WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 11AM-8PM and Sunday from 11AM-5PM.
IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?
We are pleased to offer complimentary valet parking.
HOW DO GUESTS ENTER THE PROPERTY?
Upon arrival, please follow the signs directing you to our valet parking area, where an attendant will park your vehicle and show you to our main entrance.
WHERE DO I CHECK IN AFTER ARRIVAL?
One of our hosts will greet you at the main entrance.
IS THE PROPERTY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? WHERE ARE THE PARKING AND ENTRANCES FOR VISTORS WITH DISABILITIES LOCATED?
Due to the historic nature of our estate, the ground floor of our main house and the Conservatory restaurant are the only areas of the property that are fully accessible by wheelchair. Many of our outdoor areas are also level, however landscaping elements inherent to the estate may make the terrain difficult to navigate for wheelchair users. We offer complimentary valet parking in close proximity to our wheelchair-accessible main entrance.
ARE THERE ELEVATORS? WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?
Due to the historic nature of the property, there are no passenger elevators at RH England.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT RH ENGLAND?
Yes, we are a family friendly property.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT RH ENGLAND?
Well-behaved dogs on a lead are allowed in most areas of the property.
IS THERE AN DRESS CODE?
We request that our guests dress tastefully.
WHERE CAN I STORE MY COAT/BAG/UMBRELLA?
We are pleased to offer complimentary coat check service throughout the property. Simply hand your items to one of our associates, who will check your belongings and provide you with a retrieval ticket.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING ALLOWED? ARE DRONES ALLOWED?
While we do not allow drones, filming or professional photography at RH England, guests are welcome to use their phones or personal cameras to take photos for non-commercial use.
IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?
In an effort to maintain a healthy, safe and enjoyable environment for all, smoking and vaping are not permitted in any area of the property.
IS GUEST WIFI AVAILABLE?
Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary WiFi to our guests.
DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP TO VISIT RH ENGLAND? WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
RH England is open to the public, and a membership is not required to visit us. The RH Members Program is an optional customer benefits program. Members receive 25% off all full-priced items, 20% off all sale items and complimentary services with RH Interior Design.
DO YOU OFFER LODGING?
No, we do not. However, while we cannot accommodate overnight guests on the property, there are several lodging options available in the nearby towns of Chipping Norton, Oxford and Thame.
CAN I RESERVE THE SPACE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT? DO YOU HOST EVENTS?
While we are honored that you would choose to celebrate with us, we cannot accommodate private events at this time.
WHAT ARE THE DINING OPTIONS? DO ALL OF YOUR RESTAURANTS HAVE THE SAME MENU?
A destination for fine dining, Aynho Park features multiple culinary concepts – the live-fire Orangery restaurant, the outdoor Loggia serving wood-fired pizzas and rustic shared plates, and the Conservatory, an American bistro offering an elevated interpretation of enduring classics, opening Fall 2023. Enjoy exceptional Champagnes and wines from around the world at the Wine Lounge, a selection of specialty teas and freshly baked pastries at the Tea Salon, and organic juices and craft espresso drinks at the Juicery. Each dining experience has a different menu, thoughtfully designed in harmony with the space.
DO YOU SERVE ANY VEGETARIAN, VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS?
We are pleased to offer a selection of vegetarian menu items – many of which can be made vegan on request – as well as gluten-free options. However, we do not have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and therefore cannot ensure our dishes are celiac friendly.
I'VE PURCHAED A BOTTLE OF WINE. CAN I ENJOY THAT ANYWHERE ON SITE?
Wine by the glass may be enjoyed throughout the property. Wine by the bottle may be enjoyed while dining in one of our restaurants.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO ENJOY ON SITE?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on site.
